Installation and License Questions / atkpython crashes on my laptop running windows 10

I am running vnl 2015 on my laptop. while I can build, do script generation rightly, however, as I move to job manager and  click the RUN button, windows displays a message the " atkpython has stopped working". I am not able to use the program. Please suggest something.
