Hi in the screenshot, what does sigma stand for?
Is it standard error? SD ?

Yes, "sigma" is the RMS deviation between the fitted nonparabolic band and the actual band (in units of eV). The expression is:
Code
sigma = sqrt( mean( (energies_nonparabolic - energies_band)**2 ) )
