Can we introduce electric field.?

Yes.

You can either set up gates with gate voltages to create the desired electric field.
In devices, an applied voltage to the device will also introduce an electric field.

Sure, on the "Tutorials" page you can check both the "benzene SET" tutorial, and the one for the "graphene junction device".
