Title: Regarding the dimension of Magnetic Tunneling Junction

Can anybody tell me the approx. length, width, height (i.e. A, B, C overall co-ordinate dimension) of the Magnetic Tunneling Junction device with the specifications:

No. of MgO layers -> 2 layers; global repetition along A -> 2; (and the rest the default parameters provided by ATK VNL 2008.10)....
