I want to know that how to apply thermal bias in a device at its electrodes using ATK.

My guess is that you may want to have a temperature gradient across your device. In this case, you could try doing something like what is discussed in the following tutorial https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/interfacial_thermal_conductance/interfacial_thermal_conductance.html.
