Title: Wave functions of MPSH
Post by: yangzw1985 on June 10, 2009, 04:45
Hellow, everyone! When I read the paper, I have see many picture of wave functions of MPSH states. If I have calculate the MPSH of a two probe model, I want to know how to got the picture. Can anyone tell me the methods? Thank you very much!

In NanoLanguage, use the function calculateProjectedHamiltonianEigenstates() (http://quantumwise.com/documents/manuals/ATK-2008.10/ref.calculateprojectedhamiltonianeigenstates.html).

From VNL, add "Eigenstates" to the analysis options.

In both cases you must specify the eigenstate index, which is 0 for the lowest MPSH eigenstate, 1 for the next, and so on.

Save the results to a VNL file and use the Nanoscope to plot the result.
