hello, Buddies. I have some troubles when I make the calculations of mpsh and ldos of my system. I got the .vnl files, but I cannot read it in Nanoscope, nothing is shown in the module. I don't know what is the problems, and I cannot solute them with my mind. Someone says it is computer memory which makes the problems happen. I have no idea.
Someone can help me ? Thanks in advance.

Memory is probably the reason.
ATK/VNL 2008.10 and older versions are no longer supported or updated.
-
Actually, the version of my atk is indeed 2008.10. What should I do if it is this problem. Do I have to install the later version?
-
2008.10 is no longer supported. Install the latest version, it is much improved.

The only suggestion I have, is that you can try to put only one object in each VNL file, that may reduce the memory requirement. Besides that, you really should considering upgrading to 12.2, but since your contract is rather old this would mean you need to buy a full version again.

Thank you very much. And I tried to download and install the later version, but it didn't work, and some errors are shown: license error: (Internal: 83 Feature: VNL), (Err: 4) License file is using unknown/invalid syntax. Should I buy the valid license from atk company?

Your license file is for 2008.10, and doesn't support versions above that. So, yes.
-
Do you have a license for a trial? Do you mind if you give it to me? Thank you very much.

You can download and try ATK 12.2 for 14 days without any license file.
