charge stability diagram in SINGLE ELECTRON TRANSISTOR
« on: December 20, 2012, 12:30 »
Hi,

I am working on SET. I plotted charge stability diagram of benzene, but i am not getting how to explain it. Only thing i know is colors in the charge stability diagram represents no. of energy levels (dark blue(0), blue(1), green(2), yellow(3), red(4)) and number of energy levels is directly related to conductance of Island in SET.

I am attaching the Charge Stability Digaram of BENZENE SET and a random one. Can anyone explain the difference between two. It will be very helpful to me.

THANKS in ADVANCE.
