Hello sir,
can we perform simulation based on spin caloritronics in vnl-atk ?
-
Please specify clearer what you mean by "simulation based on spin caloritronics"?

Can we do simulation based on thermal spin transport in VNL-ATK ?
i am providing the link of a paper in which thermal spin transport based simulation had done in vnl-atk.

I am sorry I do not understand what you are actually asking. According to the information given in your post, the answer seems to be obvious, i.e., yes, you can do this kind of simulations, since they have been done in the paper you have cited.

Actually i want to study thermal spin transport properties of a material. But there is a problem regarding setting the temperature of electrode . please help me.
-
The temperature of electrodes can be set in the Calculator settings in the VNL.
-
Thanks for reply........I am not getting ........please tell me the steps to set the electrode temperature
-
You can set the temperatures for the two electrodes in the Electrode parameters in the Calculator settings. I assume you have built a device structure in the Builder and sent it to the Scripter, and have chosen the Calculator. Otherwise, please consult our documentation https://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/atk_transport_calculations/atk_transport_calculations.html.
