Cross plane thermal conductivity of 2D materials

Does anyone know the procedure to calculate the cross plane thermal conductivity of 2D materials? is there ant tutorial about it?

We do not have a tutorial specifically for 2D materials, but maybe you can find what you need in one of these others, both dealing with thermal conductance:
