Title: bilayer of silicene on graghene
Post by: bfazi on December 30, 2016, 12:41
Hi,

I have built a Silicene-Graphene bilayer structure via Builders > Interface and I got a nice structure which was attached. I want to know how can I build a device from the obtained structure? or is there any other solution to build a bilayer of Si-G device?

At first, you need to have a rough idea for the geometry structure of Si-G device, that is to say, what will the electrodes consist of? what will the center region be included?

Both Silience and graphene are two dimensional, you couldn't construct a device by following the usual way for the bulk/center region/bulk.
