can i calculate  effective mass in my device?and how?what is the relationship between effective mass and conductivity?
Thank you !

Please have a look at these two tutorial dealing with effective mass:
Meta-GGA and 2D confined InAs (http://quantumwise.com/publications/tutorials/item/817-meta-gga-and-2d-confined-inas)
Effective mass of electrons in silicon (http://quantumwise.com/publications/tutorials/item/500-effective-mass-of-electrons-in-silicon)

Thank you.and i want to know how to calculate the effective mass in device with different bias, calculating the conductance for different gate potentials.

The effective mass is a bulk property, and not bias-dependent.
