Installation and License Questions / vnl.exe does not open after installation on Intel Xeon

Hi
I try to install atk 2014.2 on Intel Xeon (R) E5-2650 windows 8 using trial license. The installation finished with no problem. However, I check the atkpython.exe and following error message can be seen :
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "<string>", line 1, in <module>
File ".\zipdir\NL\__init__.py", line 5, in <module>
File ".\zipdir\NLEngine.py", line 36, in <module>
File ".\zipdir\NLEngine.py", line 18, in swig_import_helper
ImportError: DLL load failed: The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail.
