Three terminal device

How can I make a transistor (with source, drain and front gate) in ATK and what is the procedure to investigate the Id - Vd and Id - Vg characteristics of that?

See for instance the graphene device tutorial.

Dear Sir,
The tutorial is very useful but I want to use other 2-dimensional system like 2H MoS2 mono-layer sheet instead of graphene, then how can I make the system??

Regards
Ramkrishna

The same principle applies, you set up the device system as you normally would, i.e. as a two-probe without any gates. Then you add the gates and dielectric screening in the Builder as described in the tutorial, which then also suggests a work-flow to compute the relevant quantities, you follow the same ideas but with your own system as input, of course.
