Post by: Aadhityan on May 3, 2017, 17:12
Is there  any method available to calculate spin current?

It is possible to resolve the Transmission by spin, as seen in the manual: http://docs.quantumwise.com/manuals/Types/TransmissionSpectrum/TransmissionSpectrum.html

We also have tutorial on Spin Transfer Torque: http://docs.quantumwise.com/tutorials/spin_transfer_torque/spin_transfer_torque.html

If none of these answer your questions, please clarify what you mean by spin current.

Spin current means the flow of spin without charge flow. I want to calculate in some interfaces. Is it possible?
