Title: Error while designing Spatial Regions

Dear Admin,

I am trying to make a FET with multiple spatial regions, however, the QATK keeps shutting down while I am making spatial regions on an atomistic structure. Please see the attached image for errors and kindly provide a possible solution.

You image doesn't show much in terms of error messages, but it is correct that a spatial region cannot overlap the space occupied by atoms, so you need to edit the structure to avoid that.
