Title: Can't find builder(bulk, selection, device etc.) tools on the right

Options such as bulk tools, builders, selection tools etc. suddenly went missing. Please refer to the image attached.
view -> restore builder layout does not do anything.
quitting atk and restarting it does not help.

Please help.

The toolbar can be detached and made floating. Probably it's on a second screen or hiding behind another window on your desktop, but you can always restore it via the menu View>Restore Builder layout.

Edit: Oh, you say that doesn't work, that is indeed puzzling...

Try to open $HOME/.quantumatk/main.ini and remove the line DockState in the Builder section (make a backup of this file first).

I am having the same issue with V-2023.12 with the builder tool on Windows. Restore Layout also does not work... is there a similar work around?

Hello,
I have the same issue with V-2023.12 with the builder tool on the Remote Desktop. Restore Layout also does not work. I couldn't apply the solution mentioned, which was trying to open $HOME/.quantumatk/main.ini and remove the line DockState in the Builder section. Is there any other solution?

Why could you not edit main.ini?
