Title: How to set magnetic moments in QuantumATK 2018

Cause there is no setMagneticMoment() function for Bulkconfiguration in QuantumATK 2018, I wanna know how to set the initial magentic moments in QuantumATK 2018, Thanks for your sincere answers!
