Title: Opening a ATK script in vnl
Post by: zzhang on August 1, 2011, 03:04
I tried to open a ATK script in vnl to modify the calculation. However, when I opened in with scriptor, only the left electrode shows up.

Also is it possible to import a calculation from the .nc file with vnl?

thanks,
Zhiyong

This usually indicates there is some mistake in the script. Or, if the script contains complicated functions, it's best to run it through atkpython and save the result in an NC file (the structure, that is), and then take it from there.

Yes, anything in an NC file is accessible in VNL, you just select the file in the main window file browser, then you can drag anything out of the file onto the respective instruments.
