Title: About "Dropping the DeviceConfiguration with id gID002 onto the plot"
Post by: Will on November 15, 2011, 04:09
When I plotted the transmission pathways, by right clicking the plot and then clicking properties, I found no option such as device configuration and bonds in the plots card, and the atoms and bonds just didn't show up, with only arrows and axes left in the window. So how to explicitly add the device configuration onto the plot? The version I use is 11.2.2.

You should do exactly what the subject of your post says :) : drop the DeviceConfiguration with id gID002 onto the plot

That is, select the NetCDF file with the DeviceConfiguration in VNL, and from the Result Browser drag and drop the DeviceConfiguration with id gID002 onto the open Viewer window which already contains the transmission pathways plot.
