Title: Plot separate transmission eigenstate in the same picture

In the version of ATK 11.8.2, the transmission eigenstate  is calucated with separate contribution from left and right. Therefore, how to show the eigenstate of the whole device in the same device configuration?

You don't. You should plot the left-going and right-going modes separately, because those are the eigenstates.
