Hi quantumwise

is it possible to be calculated  P-N DIODE f-b char.

I guess f-b means forward bias?

You can setup a p-n junction with ATK12.2, (see release note: http://www.quantumwise.com/publications/news-archive/181 )
Currently there is no tutorial on this, we are working on it?
