Dear all,

is there any special tool to count the number of atoms, when we are building a systems  such as nanopartciles or nanowires ?

Try Coordinate Tools>Coordinate List, scrolling to the end of the list gives the number of atoms. It would be easy to write a plugin too that would display the number of atoms permanently in a little widget :)
