hello
     why electrode with aluminum is not been able to bond each other

I guess the "covalent radius" we have internally for Al is a bit small compared to the lattice constant, but it only affects the visual picture, not the calculations. If you want bonds drawn, you can increase the range in the Viewer, under Bonds.
