Dear:
I wonder how to calculate Piezoelectric tensor in 12.8? Do you have a tutorials for this?

Not yet, but it's fairly straightforward if you use VNL to set it up. Just choose Analysis>Polarization and the result will be printed to the logfile.

What can we infer from the log file. What does the +ve and -ve values means
