hello everyone
        can anyone provide me some paper related to transmission spectrum it will be very helpful for me to understand the I-V characteristics

For the understanding of concept of transmission spectrum, you may refer to the book of Quantum Mechanics or "Quantum Transport Atom to Transistor" be Supriyo Datta.
