how to plot electrostatic potential (not electrostatic difference potential) using ATK2011.8?

This feature has not yet been implemented. It's tentatively scheduled for 13.8. However, most of the physical conclusions you can draw about a system are available from the difference potential.

No, there is the electrostatic different potential which most of the time tells the same story.
