Title: Graphene Nanomesh Pn Junction

Hello Everyone,
Thanks for all of your support regarding my queries. Now i want to build a graphene nanomesh pn junction. Transition length is about 5 nm. N doped and P doped region is 16 nm each. But how to build the whole structure and how to doped them? I have built 3 parts individually and merged them to build the whole structure but confused thet how to doped the regions. Please help me.
