Dear all,
Could please let me know whether we can add more than one gate at a time? if yes please let me know how.

Yes, you can have as many dielectric and metallic regions as you want. An example on setting it up can be seen in http://quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/BenzeneSET/index.html/chap.SET.html.
