Hi! How do you build an MoS2 junction device similar to the one for graphene in the tutorial. What do I need to do and not do? Please help

I am referring to this one: [http://quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/GrapheneDevice/index.html/]

"Graphene junction device - a nanoscale transistor"

There is a video that has demonstrated the construction of a MoS2 nanotube. One of the steps is to build a MoS2 nanosheet.  Once you can build a MoS2 nanosheet using VNL, you will be easier to construct a nanoscale transistor of MoS2 using VNL by following the steps in the case of graphene nanoscale transistor.
