How can i calculate Joint-DOS (JDOS) for optical calculation using ATK >11.0

Agreed that this is a very relevant feature for optics, however it is currently not official supported. But let me look at what I can do.

Would it be possible to guide me about the algorithm that i should do in order to define JDOS in atk?
