Title: How to study the thermoelectric performance about Bi2Te3 in ATK

Dear,all:
   I am new to ATK and researching the thermoelectic performance about Bi2Te3 in the ATK. But, I don't kow whch parameters should be calculated with Bi2Te3 nanowires to study its thermoelectricity.
