Title: ZGNR with gold electrode

Hi,

How to attach zgnr with gold electrode? In ZGNR (6,0) which are the atoms are to be in contact with gold electrode.Kindly provide tips.

You can start at http://quantumwise.com/publications/tutorials/builder/174-graphene-nickel-interface, it should be at least a bit similar. Also see PRB 85, 165442 (2012).
