Title: Electrode voltage
Post by: atk_user on February 14, 2014, 03:01
Dear ATK staff member,

I have a question for the voltage options for the I-V calculation.

In the option of ATK script generator, there are two options for the voltage.

FIRST
< New Calculator -> Basic device >
Left electrode voltage
Right electrode voltage

SECOND
< New Calculator -> Analysis -> IVCurve >
V0
V1

I'm confused about both of them. ???
What's the different between them and physical meaning of the each voltage?  ???

In short, the first option is for running a single calculation at finite bias, the other one for running a whole series of calculations (in which case you should leave the first one at 0 V).
