Dear sir,

We came to know about ATK workshop on March 19th.Since we are from India is it possible to participate through webinar? Kindly help us to be a part of this great event.

No that is not possible (as far as I know). We don't handle the physical organization of this event, it's done by ACS. We do hold seminars in India on a regular basis, plus you might be interested in our upcoming workshop (http://quantumwise.com/conference2014/) Copenhagen, but also that will most likely not be broadcasted.
