Title: How to set fixed charge value on floating gate

Dear Sir,

I have query regarding floating gate analysis. I want to make a metallic gate which is sandwiched between two Dielectric layers. I want to give some fixed value of charge to that metallic gate. Can this type of analysis is possible in quantumwise?
