Title: K point value to Calculate the effective mass of silicon anowire

i want to know the value of k point in effective mass analyzer to calculate the effective mass of [100] oriented silicon nanowire.?
Please any one help me .

I guess you need the gamma point for the hole mass.
to find the k-point for the electron mass, then plot the bandstructure of the nanowire, and determine the k-point of the minimum of the conduction band.
