Title: how to claculate the effective mass in [100] oriented silicon nanowire

i want to calculate the effective mass of silicon naowire[100] for calculating the currernt can anyone help me .

In the tools menu, select custom analyzer.
From the Analyzers menu, select effective mass.
This tool can calculate the effective mass,

In ATK-2014 there will be a new more advanced analysis module and a new tutorial on this, it will be available within ~month time.
