how i can show I-V curve of graphene junction devices by different gate voltage in one curve?

With a bit of scripting this is fairly easy, as done in
http://www.quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/GrapheneDevice/
Else just export the different I-V curves and plot in your favorite tool (Excel, GNUPlot, whatever).
