Title: disappear of program

Dear sir

 I am using 12.2.2 atkvnl version. recently I started getting a serious problem. when I run for transmission spectra & IV-curve for
 a device calculation and when I leave it to run the program (processing panel on screen) disappears without giving IV-curve.
 please help me.

It is likely that you have run out of memory for the calculation, but without any details, I can only guess.
