How can we calculate the surface recombination velocity and interface defect density.
Is there any way to edit the python script to get the result.
please find the enclosed formula for surface recombination velocity.

Beside posting the formula, you should explain what are the meaning of every term in the formula. Otherwise, no except you can understand them.
