Title: I-V curve for device

Dear Sir
          we are working on CNT device and calculating I-V graph for the device. We are calculating & getting +ve transmission spectrum at different voltages.  But when we plots I-V graph, we get -ve current at  +ve values of voltage and +ve current at -ve voltage (in low voltage region up 1 V) thereafter the current increases from zero to some positive value.
         
          We have tried DFT with krylov/direct/recursion and with both electrode temperature 300 K.  Its ambiguous to get -ve current at positive voltages   :( .

Can you provide more detailed information such as input and plot scripts?
