please help me to know what are the tools and info's need to make PbSe/PbS or other.. superlattices ? and how
im using 13.8.2 version

can you be more specific?

In general become familiar with the Builder tools by following a few simple dedicated tutorials here (http://quantumwise.com/publications/tutorials/itemlist/category/33-builder-tutorials)

i tried, but im not getting satisfactory bandstructure. so i want to know what kind of informations i need for making PbSe-PbS superlattice. im new to this software, and have only limited amount of time...  :P :-[
