Title: Phonon Scattering and Electron-Phonon Interaction ATK 2014.0

Dear QW Staff,

I read on previous posts that Phonon Scattering is not implemented in ATK. I have a few queries regarding it.

1) Is phonon scattering captured in ATK 2014.0 ?
2) Can we solve for phonon generation, while simulating for electron transport? If not implemented yet Is there an indirect way of solving phonon scattering ?
3) What about electron-phonon interaction?

This features is scheduled for 2015, rather than 2014. A public preview of ATK 2015 will be available early next year.
