Title: I-V curve calculation
Post by: RAJAT on October 6, 2014, 08:12

Dear sir

I want to calculate I-V curve of a graphene device .ATK 12.2.2 version.
but I used of two method given  for calculation of I-V curve but I confused of find which method is correct for calculation of I-V curve.
please suggest to me. I attached of M.S word file please to see and suggest to me which method is right for calculation of I-V curve
      for device.

  thanks

In the second method you are applying a bias voltage from zero to -2 V with step size of 0.5.

Please read carefully the reference manual and in particular the notes in the TransmissionSpectrum section here http://www.quantumwise.com/documents/manuals/latest/ReferenceManual/index.html/ref.transmissionspectrum.html
