Title: Spin realated calculation

Hi,

I have built a FM-Semiconductor-FM structure. Now i would like to calculate different spin transport related quantities for this particular structure. I unfortunately don't know what are such different quantities i can calculate and how to calculate them in ATK. Few spin related quantities that, i think,can be calculated are (1)spin injection efficiency (2) How long a spin current retains its polarization in a semiconductor. Any advice in this regard will be utterly helpful to me. Have a nice day..!!
