Title: Gate Potential of GNR

I don't really understand this tutorial.

Based on this tutorial, do I need to build the structure of the GNR from the Builder tools? Then, should I export the configuration into the Editor or Script Generator?
Should I build the metallic region in the Builder tools or not?

yes, you build the structure and define the gate geometry with the Builder tools as described in here
Building a graphene junction device (http://www.quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/GrapheneDevice/index.html/chap.buildingdevice.html) and here
Building a longer graphene junction device (http://www.quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/GrapheneDevice/index.html/chap.conductance.html#chap.conductance.sect2.buildingdevicelong).

you set up your script with the Scripter as described in here Setting up the calculation in the Script Generator (http://www.quantumwise.com/documents/tutorials/latest/GrapheneDevice/index.html/chap.transmission_spectrum.html#vnl.transmission_spectrum.scripter)

you only need the Editor in the section you refer (or you can download the scripts linked in the tutorial, gatescan-6-6.py for example) to run the gate scan, calculate the gate potentials, and so on...
