Title: AlGaN Layer

I want to build an AlGaN layer in ATK. I find GaN and AlN in the database. How should I go about creating AlGaN ?

Unfortunately, there is no plugin to generate alloys in VNL 2014.
In the next release,  VNL 2015, there will be the option of creating different kind of alloys.
