Title: Queries regarding ATK

1. Is there a way to take into consideration Lattice Temperature in ATK ? There is electron temperature in calculators but is there a way to take into consideration the lattice temperature?

2. In my earlier post, I was informed that electron-phonon interaction will be introduced in the newer version. Can you let me know whether its done or yet to come?

3. Does ATK take into consideration self-heating due to phonon generation?

1. One possibility is via electron-phonon scattering (see 2). Another possibility is answered in a separate post http://quantumwise.com/forum/index.php?topic=3322
2. The new version with this model included will be released in May-June 2015
3. No, not in ATK 2015. Maybe in 2016.

Please stop asking for "answers asap" or "kindly reply". It takes a lot of time to answer all questions on the Forum, but we make every effort to answer all questions. But, it may take a few days.
