Title: how to subtract contribution of different layer of layer material in T(E)

Hi:
i have a manuscript to be revised according some review's suggestion, one is asked me to subtract the contribution in the transmiison spectrum and I-V curve from the different layer of layer material, i don not know is there any way to achieve such request  using ATK  software? or some related quanlities i can calculate to answer the refer's question.

i need your help urgently, thanks very much!

You can look at the transmission eigenstates and see how they decay through the device
